Bernie goes to Brasilia

Bernie Ecclestone went to see Michel Temer, the President of Brazil, at the Planalto Palace in Brasilia on Wednesday. The F1 CEO spent two hours with Temer before leaving to fly down to São Paulo. Temer took office at the end of August, following the impeachment of his predecessor Dilma Rousseff, for whom he has served as Vice President for the last five years. The conversations presumbaly related to the future of the Brazilian Grand Prix, but it will be tough for the federal government to get involved as Temer has pledged to cut public spending.
